Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 1-3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping charges and delivery estimates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Delivery Issues

• If the delivery address provided is incorrect, we are not responsible for non-delivery.
• Refused deliveries will be returned to us, and refunds (minus shipping) will be issued once the return is received.
